We work with Australia Post and Sendle to ship out our orders. We have found them to be most consistent among all logistics companies in Australia.
It takes about 1 working day to process your order. This includes picking out your order, packing, creating shipping labels and handing it over to our logistics partners.
Once your order has been shipped expect to receive our order within 3-4 days of delivery notification. On average out customers their order within this time frame. However, if there has been a delay, reach out to our friendly customer happiness team.
If you have opted in for free shipping, you will not get a tracking number with your order. It will directly be delivered to your mailbox. Once you receive a delivery notification you can check your mailbox after 3-4 days for your order.
If you have opted in for our paid shipping service. You will receive a tracking number and you will be notified once your order is delivered to your shipping address.
When we get a new shipment of our product from our manufacturers. We have implemented a mandatory 14-day holding period to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
